In short
Global Precast Solution (GPS) supplies precast accessories to businesses. We collect personal data only when you contact us, ask for a quote or apply to become a distributor, plus the technical data any website needs to run. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and this website has no customer accounts or online payments.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
[Legal entity name]
[Registered address]
Email: sales@globalprecastsolution.com
Phone: +86 138 1689 2328
GPS works through offices in Germany, China and Thailand and through authorised regional partners. Where another GPS office or partner handles your enquiry, it does so on the terms of this policy.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiries and quote requests: name, company, job title, email, phone, country, the product system you are interested in, what you are casting, and anything you write in your message.
- Drawings and files: documents you upload or email so we can prepare a quotation or technical answer.
- Distributor applications: company details, the markets you cover, your experience in precast, and contact details for the people involved.
- Correspondence: emails, calls and messages you exchange with our team.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and operating system. Our hosting provider records these to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, special categories of personal data such as health information.

4. Cookies
When you first visit, a banner asks which cookies you allow. Strictly necessary cookies are always set. Optional cookies are set only after you allow their category, and refusing them is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of every page.
| Cookie | Category | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
| __cf_bm | Strictly necessary | Cloudflare | Tells real visitors apart from automated traffic to protect the site | 30 minutes |
| gps_consent | Strictly necessary | This website | Remembers your cookie choice so the banner is not shown on every page | 6 months |
We currently use no analytics or marketing cookies. If we add such tools, they will be listed here and will load only after you allow that category.
5. Who we share data with
- GPS offices and authorised distributors: we pass an enquiry to the office or partner that covers your country so that someone local can answer it.
- Hosting and content delivery: Rocket.net, which delivers this site through the Cloudflare network.
- Email and office software: [email service provider].
- Authorities and advisers: where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
Service providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Links to LinkedIn and other external sites share nothing until you click them.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
GPS operates internationally. Your data may be handled in China, Thailand, Australia or the United States, by our own offices, regional partners or service providers. Where a country has no adequacy decision from the European Commission, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard allowed by Chapter V of the GDPR. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply to your data.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quotations: [24 months] after our last contact, unless an order follows.
- Customer and order records: for the length of the business relationship and then for the statutory retention period, which can be up to 10 years for commercial and tax documents.
- Unsuccessful distributor applications: [12 months].
- Server logs: [30 days].
After these periods we delete the data or make it anonymous.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- ask for access to the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased, or its use restricted, where the law provides for it;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
- object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To use any of these rights, write to sales@globalprecastsolution.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or to [lead supervisory authority].
9. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it, and our providers are bound by contract to protect it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential drawings through channels you do not trust.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
