Technical Update: Magnetic Side Form Precision Process Upgraded, Tolerance ±0.5 mm
Straightness of GPS magnetic side forms is now held within ±0.5 mm, eliminating grout leakage and uneven joint lines.
GPS has upgraded the machining process for its magnetic side forms.
Cutting, welding and straightening procedures have been optimized, with straightness tolerance controlled within ±0.5 mm. This effectively eliminates grout leakage and uneven joint lines.
Custom lengths and pre-drilled holes are available for automated casting beds, cutting on-site adjustment time and improving the concrete surface finish.
