Erection Anchor with Cross Pin & Shear Plate
A steel erection anchor fitted with both a welded shear plate and a cross pin, embedded in precast wall panels to resist combined axial and lateral (shear) loads during lifting and bracing.
APPLICATIONS
Where it's used
Tilt-Up Wall Panel Erection
Shear plate and cross pin combine to hold the panel securely through both the lift and any lateral load while bracing is fitted.
Sandwich & Load-Bearing Panels
Used on thicker load-bearing panels where lateral shear resistance matters as much as straight pull-out strength.
Site Bracing Connections
Cross pin gives a mechanically locked point for attaching temporary erection braces after the panel is set.
