Erection Anchor with Shear Plate
A steel erection anchor fitted with a welded shear plate, embedded in precast wall panels to resist lateral (shear) load in addition to the straight lifting pull, without the cross pin of the heavier-duty version.
Where it's used
Wall Panel Lifting & Bracing
Shear plate spreads lateral load into the panel face, keeping the anchor stable while the panel is braced upright.
Tilt-Up Construction
Used as the primary pick-up and bracing point on tilt-up wall panels during erection.
General Precast Handling
Suits panels that need shear resistance but not the extra cross-pin connection of the heavier-duty variant.
