Connector Box Loop
A cast-in wire rope loop connector housed in a slim steel box, projecting a single loop once the formwork is struck so an on-site connecting bar can be threaded through it – a fast, boltless shear connection between precast panels. Loop size is color-coded (80mm black, 100mm white, 120mm blue) for quick site identification.
Where it's used
Panel-to-Panel Shear Connections
Cast into a precast wall or floor panel edge, the protruding loop interlocks with a matching loop from the adjoining panel once a connecting bar is threaded through both.
Wall-to-Wall & Wall-to-Slab Joints
Suited to vertical or horizontal joints between precast wall panels, or between a wall panel and a supporting slab, as a boltless alternative to a cast-in rebar splice.
Colour-Coded Site Identification
The clip color (black/white/blue) lets site crews match the correct loop size quickly without checking a drawing for every connection.
