Shuttering Magnet Adaptor Clamp
A steel clamp/adaptor bracket that locks onto the magnetic shuttering system's mounting rail and carries a magnetic stud, letting recess formers, chamfer strips and other accessories be positioned and repositioned along the rail without drilling or welding into the mould table. Available in three bracket configurations.
Where it's used
Modular Accessory Positioning
Lets recess formers, chamfer strips and other magnetic accessories be clipped onto the rail and slid into position, then locked, without drilling the mould table.
Reusable Mould Table Setup
Speeds up changeover between different panel layouts on the same magnetic shuttering table, since accessories move with the clamp rather than being re-drilled each time.
Rail-Mounted Magnet Carrier
Carries the magnetic stud that holds down whatever accessory – recess former, chamfer strip, etc. – is clipped to it.
