Shuttering Magnet
The core magnetic hold-down unit of the system – a neodymium-cored steel box magnet that bolts to the underside of a mould accessory and clamps it to the steel table with a strong, instantly-releasable magnetic force. Available in four force ratings from 450KGS to 2100KGS holding capacity.
APPLICATIONS
Where it's used
Mould Accessory Hold-Down
Clamps recess formers, chamfer strips and other accessories firmly to a steel mould table during casting, released instantly when the table is needed for the next layout.
High-Force Heavy Accessory Retention
The 1800KGS/2100KGS ratings suit larger or heavier formwork accessories that need a stronger hold than a standard magnet.
Rapid Mould Changeover
Repositioning an accessory is a lift-and-place action instead of unbolting/rebolting, speeding up changeover between different panel layouts.
