Double Wall Spacer
A graduated plastic spacer with a rod body and saddle-clip feet that holds two layers of reinforcement mesh apart at a fixed distance, used in double-wall (sandwich) precast panels. Supplied in 5 sizes for wall thicknesses from 200mm to 400mm.
APPLICATIONS
Where it's used
Double-Wall / Sandwich Panel Production
Holds the inner and outer reinforcement mesh layers of a double-wall precast panel at the correct fixed separation through casting.
Mesh-to-Mesh Spacing Control
The saddle-clip feet grip each mesh layer directly, keeping both layers parallel and at the intended spacing during handling and the pour.
Wall-Thickness Matched Selection
5 graduated sizes (200-400mm) let the spacer be matched to the finished wall thickness specified for the panel.
